To tweak a document's formatting and text repeatedly and to only marginal effect.
Example Citation:
"All of the productivity gains that computers have brought to the office have been lost thanks to people endlessly macdinking their reports and presentations."
Notes:
The "mac" part of macdink comes from the Apple Macintosh which, thanks to its graphical interface and ease-of-use, encourages people to nudge their work for hours on end.
